According to the data from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as of 2024, there are 3,800,000 students enrolled in secondary education institutions, of which nearly 400,000 are temporarily studying abroad due to full-scale Russian aggression. Collaboration between the KSE Foundation and Khan Academy will help supplement and expand knowledge in mathematics for all children with internet access anywhere, anytime.

The mission of this project is to provide world-class education free of charge to all. As the representative of Khan Academy in Ukraine, the KSE Foundation will ensure the quality and effectiveness of translating and localizing Academy’s educational materials into Ukrainian.

Another important goal of this project is to provide Ukrainian-language lessons to children currently abroad. Access to educational materials in Ukrainian will not only help acquire new knowledge but also facilitate easier adaptation for children to the school curriculum upon their return to Ukraine.

Khan Academy is a non-profit educational organization that develops and distributes online educational materials and programs. It boasts a library of over 6,500 videos covering various fields of knowledge and is supported by donor contributions.
