What do the school shelters look like, in which our children will hide during air alarms? Thanks to the benefactors of the KSE Foundation, these are bright and comfortable spaces: with a ventilation system, exits equipped with fire doors, sewage, emergency lighting, waterproofing, soft benches for sitting and other necessary things for the stay of children.

Today, thousands of Ukrainian schoolchildren went to school. However, only educational institutions with the necessary protective facilities were able to return children to high-quality offline education with their peers. According to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 25% of schools and 33% of kindergartens do not have the necessary shelters.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to support KSE Foundation’s all-Ukrainian “ZAKHYSTOK: Safe Education” program, more than 13,000 students are back at their desks today and safe in the event of an air threat.
