We are thrilled to introduce two new winners of Talents for Ukraine  from the KSE Foundation  — a couple of documentary photographers dedicated to covering the war in Ukraine.

⭐️ Vlada Liberova and Kostiantyn Liberov are Ukrainian documentary photographers working to document the war in Ukraine. Since the onset of the full-scale invasion, they have actively captured the events of the war — both the combat itself and the lives of civilians affected by the invasion. Their work has been featured in renowned international outlets such as BBC, Vogue, Forbes, and others.

The photographs by Kostiantyn and Vlada not only preserve history but also play a vital role in combating disinformation, drawing global attention to the realities of the war. One of Kostiantyn’s photographs was included in Time magazine’s list of the 100 best photos of 2022. In addition to photojournalism, the couple also works on documentary projects. Vlada hosts the program Station Kramatorsk on Ukrinform TV, while Kostiantyn is working on the film Krynky and is planning to release a book and photo album.

«Through the lens, I constantly see the strength of the human spirit — even in the darkest times, people find the courage to help others and fight for the future», says Kostiantyn.

«As a documentarian, I’ve learned to capture and convey the truth, even when it’s challenging or dangerous, because the truth has the power to change lives», emphasizes Vlada.
