Each winner of the Talents for Ukraine grant program makes a significant contribution to various fields and impresses us with their dedication. We are pleased to introduce the next three inspiring individuals and their stories. 

⭐️Oleksandr Prykhodchenko is the founder and director of efarm.pro, a company specializing in implementing innovative technologies in agriculture. His main goal is to help farmers enhance the efficiency and safety of their work, reduce environmental impact, and optimize resources. Currently, Oleksandr plans to focus on scaling the company to the global market and developing new solutions in the field of humanitarian demining. He believes in the potential of technology to make the world safer and more productive.

⭐️Vitalii Palchykov is a professor at the Department of Chemistry of the Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. He specializes in developing photochemical methods for synthesizing biologically active substances for pharmaceutical applications. Our winner promotes science by organizing popular science events and STEM laboratories, where he demonstrates chemical experiments and highlights the importance of scientific research and technical education in Ukraine. Vitalii’s scientific achievements include the publication of four books and book chapters, 97 research papers, and 37 patents of Ukraine.

⭐️Oleh Kryshtopa is a Ukrainian journalist and the creator of the YouTube channel «History for Adults».He has been discussing historical events and combating russian disinformation and propaganda. In 2024, he and his team launched an English-language channel, «History for Adults», to counter russian historical myths. Oleh is writing a documentary novel about the UPA underground radio station «Aphrodite», which operated in the Carpathians from 1943 to 1945. He volunteered at the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War and is now joining the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
