We are excited to introduce the new winners of Talents for Ukraine by KSE Foundation — incredibly talented and dedicated Ukrainians!

⭐️Oleksandr Kviatkovskyi is an engineer and a member of the NGO Aerorozvidka, where since the beginning of the full-scale war he has been testing and optimizing drones for combat conditions. He has started a project that increases the effectiveness of strike bomber drones by enabling them to operate at high altitudes and reducing their reliance on operator skill. This technology is being transferred to the Ministry of Defense and manufacturers, accelerating its implementation in the army.

«Being successful is having the freedom to do what makes sense», emphasizes Oleksandr.

⭐️Yevheniia Molchanova is the co-founder of a unique farm that combines humane farming, animal therapy, and the rehabilitation of both animals and people. The Zelenyi Hai (Green Grove) farm is home to over 600 rescued animals. It is the first farm in Ukraine to provide prosthetics for domestic animals and to offer therapy for soldiers, children, and those affected by trauma. Yevheniia also initiates sustainable waste recycling and has developed a model that saves up to 240,000 liters of rainwater annually and produces 65,000 liters of fertilizer per season. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards, and the documentary THE ARK about her farm is set to premiere in the U.S. and Europe.

«Live fully! Hug your children more often, do what you love, and, despite everything, change the world for the better», comments Yevheniia.

⭐️Oleksandr Polozhynskyi is a Ukrainian musician, songwriter, and the founder of the bands Tartak, Buv’ye, Ol.Iv.’Ye, and, since 2020, a solo artist. His music has always reflected current events and addressed important social issues. Tartak emerged in the 1990s — during the formative years of the Ukrainian music scene — and became one of the symbols of domestic hip-hop and rock music. Oleksandr actively supports the protection of Ukrainian culture and resistance to Russification. Since February 2022, he has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He is currently working on a new album, which is intended to be a powerful tool for support and inspiration — both for himself and for his listeners.

«To do your job well, you need to love it», notes Oleksandr.

Applications for the third stage are open — you can submit yours via the link https://150.foundation.kse.ua/form
