We are excited to introduce the new trio of Talents for Ukraine winners from the KSE Foundation!

⭐️Andriy Zelinskyy is a military chaplain of the UGCC, a political scientist, and a writer. In 2014, he became the first chaplain at the ATO headquarters, supporting soldiers near Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Pisky, Debaltseve, Avdiivka, and Shyrokyne, and later served as the first full-time chaplain in the Ukrainian Navy’s Marine Corps. As Deputy Head of the UGCC’s Department of Military Chaplaincy, he develops pastoral care for Ukraine’s security forces, supports military families, rehabilitates and reintegrates veterans, and promotes the warrior ethos. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Veterans Fund, a board member of the Unbroken Foundation and Caritas Ukraine, and a member of the Advisory Board at the Ukrainian Catholic University’s (UCU) Institute of Leadership and Management. Andriy is also a co-founder of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy and a lecturer in UCU’s «Ethics-Politics-Economics» program. Additionally, he has initiated numerous educational and spiritual projects and works on the Church’s communication strategy.

«An important life lesson I’ve learned is that a person is born on a journey», emphasizes Andriy.

⭐️Sergiy Chyrkov is a Ukrainian stand-up comedian. In 2020, he was one of the first to switch to performing in Ukrainian and released his debut solo stand-up special, Quantum Leap. Sergiy performs in Ukraine and abroad, organizing charity shows to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For him, stand-up is not just about laughter but also a way to reflect on social and political processes. His performances capture societal shifts during the war—from jokes about «Bayraktars» to addressing more serious topics. Currently, Sergiy is focused on creating new content and planning concerts.

«Preparation is the foundation of successful work, practice and consistent effort are the keys to success», comments Serhiy.

⭐️Ivan Gaidarov, a 11th-grade student and programmer, is developing his project, GestureVox Integration. This innovative solution enables computer control through voice and gesture commands, creating an accessible digital environment for people with disabilities and those with limited mobility. Ivan sees great potential for his project in education, healthcare, and industries where touchless computer control offers significant advantages. He is also working on integrating advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and neural networks, to further enhance GestureVox Integration.

«The most important thing is not to fear mistakes, because each one is a step towards growth», notes Ivan.
