Charitable organization Urgent Projects and KSE Foundation handed over two anesthesia machines in Dnipro – to the Specialized Clinical Medical Center of Mother and Child n.a prof. M.F. Rudnev. The total cost of the equipment is over one million hryvnias.

The clinical Medical Center of Mother and Child, with its 11 operating rooms, is a vital healthcare institution. Last year, it performed over 13,000 surgical interventions, each requiring special equipment. The addition of modern anesthesia machines, courtesy of Urgent Projects, is a crucial step in ensuring the center’s continued ability to support these interventions.

The priority of our institution is to provide safe medical care to patients. The peculiarity of these anesthesia machines is that there are special gas blocks. Thanks to them, we can administer to patients sevoflurane, an inhalation anesthetic, one of the most modern and safe drugs for anesthesia,” says Tetyana Uralbayeva, deputy medical director for nursing at Dnipropetrovsk Specialized Clinical Medical Center of Mother and Child n.a prof. M.F. Rudnev.

Earlier, Urgent Projects and KSE Foundation had already handed over suture material for the operating unit (cost – over UAH 215,000), medicines, and medical materials (cost – over UAH 2 million) to Clinical Medical Center of Mother and Child n.a prof. M.F. Rudnev in Dnipro.

KSE Foundation works daily to support people and the development of an innovative Ukraine through education, thanks to contributors and partners.
