From office supplies to components for alarm systems and elements of ventilated facades — all this is about the Ukrainian company ‘Termoplast-T’. The enterprise is located in the city of Vinnytsia and produces over two million plastic parts and components per year.

By special order, the company manufactures around 200 different types of parts, including various boxes for alarm systems, office supplies, components for drainage systems, and more. In addition, ‘Termoplast-T’ has its own range of products that it sells to end customers, particularly through the ‘Epicentr’ chain of stores.

Thanks to the grant program “CREATE!”, the director of the enterprise, Tetiana Kanska, updated the production facilities, which significantly helped optimize the entire cycle of product creation — from designing molds to launching parts and their mass production.

Tetiana Kanska is one of 65 winners of the “CREATE!” program, who received grants to scale her business. The funds obtained by the entrepreneur were directed towards modernizing outdated equipment to a thermoplastic molding machine, which not only allowed modernization but also increased the production of plastic parts and simultaneously reduced electricity consumption.

“Thanks to the grant funds from “CREATE!”, we acquired a new dryer, crusher, and vacuum loader, which allows us to save up to 30% on electricity compared to the outdated equipment we had,” shares Tetiana Kanska.

In the video, the entrepreneur talks about how her business transformed after participating in the “CREATE!” initiative implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, UMAEF, and KSE Foundation with the support of OschadBusiness and KSE Graduate Business School.

KSE Foundation works daily to support people and the development of an innovative Ukraine through education, thanks to contributors and partners.
