The Talents for Ukraine grant program continues to support talented Ukrainians! Today, we are excited to introduce the new winners who have been added to the KSE150 ranking.
⭐️Olga Larina is a Ukrainian scientist specializing in heterogeneouscatalysis and green chemistry. Her research focuses on the development of multifunctional catalysts for converting bio-alcohols into industrially important products that reduce dependence on petroleum products. She has authored over 40 scientific publications and has been honored with the Prizes of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the President of Ukraine for young scientists. Olga is a laureateof several scholarships, including those from the President of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Olga continues her experimental research, supports the initiatives of scientific youth and promotes STEM education.

⭐️Andrii Levchenko is a Ukrainian researcher of traditional music, a musician with the band US Orchestra, and a co-founder of the NGO «Rys». He is the creator of the podcasts «Cut the Rope» and «Music Will Tell», which explore Ukrainian traditional music and the music of national minorities in Ukraine. His primary focus is the Bubny in Ukraine project, which studies Ukrainian percussion instruments, particularly the bubon. Andrii reconstructs ancient techniques for making these instruments and has created a video course on playing the bubon. He is working on a book about traditional instrumental music.

⭐️Dmytro Lebed created a unique robotics curriculum that includes long-term STEM projects aimed at developing children’s scientific, technical, and creative potential through model-building, engineering, and programming. Participants in the Op[ti]mum Robotics Club, founded by he, have achieved significant success in regional and international competitions such as FIRST LEGO League and World Robot Olympiad. Dmytro recently opened a new robotics lab in the city of Khust and is actively preparing for Robotex International 2024 and WRO 2025.
