The Talents for Ukraine grant program by KSE Foundation continues to discover new talents among Ukrainians. This week, a scientist, a musician, and a software engineer were added to the list of KSE150 winners.
⭐️Halyna Ohar is a scientist and lecturer at the Department of Civil Safety at Lviv Polytechnic National University, who uses the STEM approaches to popularize science among students. She conducts research on the regularities of synthesis of multifunctional materials and biocompatible «smart» surfaces for medical and cosmetic applications. She collaborates with the international scientific community and was a scholar of the National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic. Her works are published in scientific journals such as ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces and cited in international scientometric databases like Scopus.
«Fate often presents us with certain life lessons, and it is crucial to learn them in time», says Halyna.
⭐️Ievgen Ivanchenko is an engineer, developer, and musician. With over 10 years of experience working with international companies, he has developed music applications, voice processing algorithms, and psychoacoustic technologies. Ievgen has also applied his creative approach to music projects, performing at festivals in New York, Paris, and Berlin. In 2022, he founded the startup, which develops control systems for UAVs. The company has created a secure drone control system that is actively used at the front lines. Ievgen and his team are working on solutions for defense and universal systems for drones.
«Everyone can be successful if they choose the right internal coordinate system», emphasizes Ievgen.
⭐️Ivan Isaev is a musician, songwriter, and a member of the band 2TONE. He is a finalist of the National Eurovision Selection, a participant in the «Voice of the Country» show, and a promoter of contemporary Ukrainian music. In his work, Ivan strives for sincerity and depth, believing that music is a universal language that transcends time, space, and cultures. The band 2TONE, created by Ivan together with his best friend, is known for performances on both large stages and at children’s camps and charity events. Ivan’s goal is to promote Ukrainian culture and create music that will inspire listeners worldwide.
«Perhaps it’s a cliché, but in life, you really shouldn’t be afraid to make mistakes», Ivan shares.
