August 19 is the deadline for Ukrainian specialists with international experience to apply and become participants in the “Create Ukraine” program. The initiative is implemented with financial support from the EU.
Selected candidates will join the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine team and work on economic and labor reforms, deregulation, entrepreneurship growth, humanitarian demining, and attracting investments.
Applications are accepted until 19.08.2024, inclusive
Ukrainians aged 22–35 (the program is part of EU4Youth) who have lived abroad for at least a year and are willing to return to Ukraine for state development during war and career growth are invited to submit their applications. Candidates must have experience in economics, public administration, international relations, or a master’s degree from a foreign university.
“Create Ukraine” is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Lithuanian organization Central Project Management Agency, and the charitable KSE Foundation. The program draws on the experience of the “Kurk Lietuvai” project, which has been engaging professionals with overseas experience in government institutions since 2012.
The initiative offers participants professional development in public administration and access to training, workshops, and the “Specialist in Government Relations (GR)” certification program at the Kyiv School of Economics from leading experts in the economic field.
“Create Ukraine” aims to provide participants with opportunities and tools to apply their knowledge in implementing economic reforms, executing government projects, and realizing their ideas.
In September, project participants will join the advisory team at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and, for ten months, will work with leading experts on economic transformations.
The Create Ukraine program is co-funded by the European Union and the Government of Lithuania within the framework of the EU4Youth program, aimed at supporting young people. The project is managed by the Lithuanian organization Central Project Management Agency and implemented by the KSE Foundation at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
