In the 2026 academic year, 20 gifted students of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) will receive scholarships thanks to FUIB’s contribution. The total amount of support is $100,000.
The partnership between KSE Foundation and FUIB has been ongoing for nine years and is focused on advancing education, supporting talented youth, and creating long-term social impact. During this time, more than 90 talented students — including children of military personnel, veterans, and internally displaced persons — have received scholarships through the partner’s contributions.
Beyond direct financial support for students, the partnership also encompasses the development of KSE’s educational infrastructure. With FUIB’s support, modern classrooms, spaces for individual and group study, a library, recreation areas, sleep pods, and gaming zones have been created.
An important area of cooperation has been the promotion of safe education. Within the “ZAKHYSTOK: Safe Education” initiative, shelters were renovated for students of two academic lyceums in the Bucha district, enabling children to return to in-person learning.
The partners also respond jointly to emerging challenges. In particular, they are implementing the “Meet Life Head-On” program — a FUIB initiative aimed at developing veteran entrepreneurship, carried out together with KSE Business School and the Future Development Agency. As part of the program, 35 winners received up to UAH 1 million to develop their own businesses.
A separate area of cooperation is support for Ukraine’s Defense Forces. FUIB and KSE Foundation have contributed to fundraising for a medical evacuation helicopter for the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine and have also provided the military with medical equipment and protective gear.
KSE Foundation expresses its gratitude to FUIB for many years of partnership and for its systematic support of education, youth, and the country’s resilience.
