Meet the first Talents for Ukraine winners of 2026 — individuals who strengthen the country through their daily work. For KSE Foundation, supporting talent is a way to invest in the human potential that shapes the future of science, culture, and society in Ukraine.

🌟Gleb Skorobagatko is a Ukrainian theoretical physicist, PhD in Theoretical Physics and senior researcher. He is an expert in quantum mechanics and quantum measurement theory, and the author of «Universal Causal Separability/Entanglement Criterion», recognized among the most significant results of NASU in 2021. He was the only Ukraine-affiliated participant at the Conference on Quantum Measurement: 2019, ICTP, Trieste, a meeting of the leading world experts in the field; he was also the first Ukrainian postdoc at the Dahlem Center for Complex Quantum Systems at Free University of Berlin.

«To cultivate the creative impulse for work, it is very important to be able to switch internally, to notice the beauty of the external world and its aesthetics», comments Gleb.

🌟Olha Zibtseva is a Ukrainian scientist, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, and Associate Professor at the Department of Landscape Architecture and Phytodesign at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine. She is a specialist in forestry, landscape and park management, sustainable development, and greening of small cities. Olha has over 45 years of professional experience and is the author of more than 200 scientific and educational publications. She has led international projects on urban greening and climate change adaptation and actively contributes to the development of modern green infrastructure in Ukraine.

«The qualities I value most in people are honesty, professionalism, and a sense of humor», says Olha.

🌟Andrii Tykhoniuk is a management student and the creator of a YouTube channel he launched at the age of 15. On his channel, he interviews leading Ukrainian intellectuals and public leaders, including Viktor Yushchenko, Pavlo Klimkin, Valerii Pekar, and Yaroslav Hrytsak. The project has amassed over 5.5 million views. Andrii also organizes and moderates educational and public events in Ivano-Frankivsk, works in marketing and strategic communications, and takes part in international exchange programs.

«For me, being systematic is everything. Effort means nothing if it’s one-off. Often, discipline holds the key to achieving something greater,» says Andriy.
