VERKHNIODNIPROVSK LYCEUM №2 is among the winners of our #DaVinciUkraine program!

The lyceum team from the Dnipropetrovsk region, in collaboration with the NGO “DIM.VDN,” is implementing a large-scale project to create a state-of-the-art STEM lab that will become a new educational hub for the local community.

The grant from the KSE Foundation and the STEM Talents Fund will allow them to purchase equipment for research in math and natural sciences, train teachers, and launch new educational formats.

What the grant will fund:
● Setting up a modern STEM lab;
● Purchasing equipment for experiments in physics, chemistry, robotics, and mathematics;
● Training teachers to work with the new equipment and STEM methodologies;
● Launching lessons, electives, clubs, and a training camp to prepare students for olympiads.

Who the project will reach:
● 60 lyceum students who will receive regular training for science olympiads;
● Even more students who will gain access to a modern lab;
● And teachers who will get a chance to upgrade their qualifications.

What’s the impact?

The STEM lab will become a magnet for everyone interested in science. It will help children not just study subjects but apply their knowledge in practice, conduct research, experiment, and prepare for competitions. It will also lead to:
