A new initiative from the Ministry of Economy, CPVA, and KSE Foundation invites participants to join an economic development team. “Create Ukraine” will select 12 young Ukrainians currently abroad. The chosen candidates will receive a unique opportunity to work directly with the Minister of Economy of Ukraine and her deputies on a paid contract. The program includes intensive development through a series of workshops, educational events, and a certification program from Kyiv School of Economics.

“Create Ukraine” is co-financed by the EU and the Government of Lithuania and is part of the EU4Youth program supporting youth. It is managed by the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA).

The goal of the initiative is to bring back young professionals currently working abroad or completing their master’s degrees at foreign universities. The program provides a unique platform for implementing their international experience and innovative ideas into key government projects. Participants will have the opportunity to directly influence economic processes in the country, proposing and implementing their own strategies to strengthen economic resilience and address current challenges.

Program participants will face unique challenges in managing economic processes under wartime conditions, gaining experience in crisis management and strategic decision-making in complex situations.

In return, specialists will receive:

  • A paid 10-month contract;
  • Direct collaboration with First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yuliia Svyrydenko, and her team;
  • Access to a unique network of professional contacts and the opportunity to receive mentorship from leading Ukrainian government officials, which will contribute to personal and career growth;
  • Favorable conditions for professional development in public administration;
  • The chance to influence the country’s direction during wartime and realize their potential;
  • Seminars and workshops from leading experts;
  • Certification program in GR from Kyiv School of Economics.

Applications are accepted until August 19. Ukrainians aged 22–35 who have been abroad for at least one year and are ready to return to Ukraine are invited to apply
